In accordance with Australian consumer law in the event of a warranty issue the goods will need to be posted to us at your expense so that the goods can be tested.
If found faulty, new goods will be supplied free of charge and all postage costs will be covered. Should the issue not be warrantable or no fault is found the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
The following items have exceptions:
Liquids - given that the liquids are made from food grade materials we can not accept returns. Every effort is made to source or create the best e-liquids, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to please everybody's taste buds.
Batterys - while batteries are generally considered a consumable, we will happily replace any faulty battery within a two week (14 day) period from the day of purchase.
Coils - coils are considered a consumable, and can easily be damaged if not prepared correctly for first use.
